this morning, i joined Dennis for the last time on stage at Fitness First Bayside as his shadow for BodyJam 72 -- it's his last ever jam class at the club where he's taught over the past 8 years.
it certainly feels like an end of an era, and he's passed the reins on to my friend Nic, who's an absolutely brilliant dancer, and i'm terribly proud of her for getting it.
i still need to work on my transitions in between moves, but i dare say i'm less terrified of messing around on stage and breaking out of choreography to interact with Dennis before getting back in again and doin' my thing.
it was a blast! can't wait to do it all again tomorrow!
